1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okabet ("okabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okabet website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the okabet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or other policies published on the okabet Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the okabet Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the okabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. okabet does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as players on the okabet Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okabet, or an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

okabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the okabet Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

1. You may only register one (1) account on the okabet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by okabet.
3. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension.
4. You must not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any fictitious or misleading information.
5. okabet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, okabet will create a player account in your name. This account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okabet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your okabet account and not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or okabet customer support staff. okabet will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Notify okabet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.

okabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have notified okabet of a security breach in a timely manner and okabet has confirmed the breach.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the okabet Platform:

Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. okabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, ShopeePay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed in the okabet Cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your okabet account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. okabet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 15 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

Currency: All transactions on the okabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okabet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

• okabet does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Third-party deposits — payments made by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• okabet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered okabet account will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• okabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, if okabet determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okabet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

okabet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including okabet's commercial interests.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game, okabet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. okabet's decision in such matters is final.

• Winnings resulting from a technical error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• okabet reserves the right to void any bet or game round that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been placed or played in error or in violation of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the okabet Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to okabet immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the okabet Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okabet staff or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

okabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okabet Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without okabet's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any okabet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of okabet's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact okabet's support team with full details of your claim.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond okabet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

okabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

okabet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okabet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okabet is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okabet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the okabet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting okabet's customer support team.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either you or okabet may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting okabet's customer support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Closure by okabet: okabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• okabet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• okabet suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to okabet, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

In cases where okabet closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, okabet reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okabet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent okabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
